Class types include CrossFit, Weightlifting, Burn and Row classes.

CrossFit Row Classes

If you need a safe and low impact way to get your fitness fix, try our CrossFit row classes. This is a great way to get a hard, full body cardio blast. Not many machines work your entire body like the rower. Just like a spin class, a coach will run you through a series of constantly varied workouts and intensities meant to stress your system in an entirely unique way.

The following passes are good for Row Class only.

CrossFit Juniors

Our CrossFit Juniors program seeks to foster the enthusiasm young children have for running, jumping, throwing, climbing, and imitating their CrossFitting parents in a safe and encouraging setting. CrossFit Juniors focuses first on developing balance, body control, flexibility, and proper movement and progresses growing bodies appropriately as they move through various stages of physical and mental developments

Personal Training

Personal Training is one of the best ways to work closely with your CrossFit coach to meet your specific needs. This is your best option if you are someone who has mobility/flexibility issues, old injuries, or if you find yourself distracted in class and really enjoy one on one attention.

Having an appointment booked and paid will help lead you in the direction of meeting your goals. The one-on-one atmosphere gives you the freedom to work through the daily WOD’s at a capacity more suited for your abilities or limitations.

We encourage our clients to start with our Fundamentals program incase you decide you want to jump into classes as well as having personal training sessions. Personal training gives you the opportunity to have a more flexible schedule if our class times don’t work for you.

Membership Contract Agreement/Refund Policy

All memberships and/or fees (including personal training) are due on your start date.
All 3 month, 6 month, 12 month, Student, Row and Junior memberships are on an auto-renew contract, any changes or cancellation of renewal to your contract must be done one month prior to the expiry date of the full term of your membership.
All accounts must have a valid credit card on file, including kids and youth memberships.
If you wish to pay your fees in person with cash, cheque or debit you must do so by settling you default payment to cash or cheque; However if your fees are outstanding, the following Friday your credit card will be charged.

All missed or declined auto payments (NSF payments) will be charged an additional $25
All fees are a final sale and non-refundable.
Expiry of memberships cannot be changed once a membership is in use
All CrossFit, Burn, Weightlifting, CrossFit Row and CrossFit Juniors class reservations cancelled within 60 minutes to a class start time will be considered a late cancel resulting in one “used” class
You are responsible for reserving your spot, as we only allow 10 members/class
To cancel and/or change personal training sessions you must provide a minimum of 6 hours notice confirmed by your coach or you will be charged in full for that session.

No pausing of membership will be granted unless a Doctor’s note is provided stating that a break from fitness activities is reccommended.

Currently the methods of payments are Cash, Cheque, Visa or MasterCard. Prices do not include Gst. All transactions are in Canadian funds.
