Med-Ball Russian Twist + Sit Up throw
* Work through as a team. Partition Med-Ball cleans as you like.
*Med-Ball Russian Twist + Sit Up throw = Touch ball to floor in both sides of body then perform 1 sit-up with Ball on chest. Chest pass ball to partner as you come to the top of the sit up. Accumulate 30 reps as a team. 15 each in each round.
