ME Bench Press @ BW

ME Pull Up

Rest as needed

* If RX at body weight bench press is to heavy pick a weight that you could get a solid 5 reps of.

If you’ve been in the box consistently for a couple of months you will be doing band assisted pullups to a minimum of 10 pullups to start. Those of you that are pretty fresh will do ring rows until you can’t get the chest into the rings anymore
