Tire Flip

Sled Push 90/70 on the sled

Assault bike

Slam Ball 30/20

Abmat sit-up

*Everything except assault bike and sit up are done one rep each at a time.

Assault bike is broken up as you like

Situps are done in sync with a team high five at the top
