Conditioning:

EMOM- 20 Min

Min 1 – 18/15 Cal Row

Min 2 – Goat

*A goat is a strength or skill that stands out as something you have trouble with and could use the practice time. Ex Double Unders and overhead squat or something as basic as squatting below parallel.

With the help of your coach you will determine an appropriate amount of reps, time or weight to be used in the minute of goat time.
