Handstand walk skills drills and practice

Conditioning:

3 Rounds for time

20 Knee to Elbow

20 Box Jump 30/24

*Go hard and go fast, this is a Sprint.

Careful on the box jumps and if 30/24 is too high still try to pick something higher than you would normally.
