Conditioning:

10 Min Plank Hold

W/ penalty of 5 Wall Ball 20/14 for each 10 Seconds left of the 10 Min.

*Goal is to complete a full 10 min Plank Hold or absolute best. You get one 20 Sec break. Once you have broken a second time your plank efforts are over and will then rest 2 Min before completing 5 Wall Ball for every 10 Seconds left of unfinished plank time.
