Squat Clean

Conditioning:

Alt EMOM- 21 min

Min 1- 3 Deadlift 315/205

Min 2- 3 Rope Climb

Min 3 10 Burpee to 6″ target

*Deadlifts should be a heavy 3. Possibly 70-75% 1RM

*Burpees are to a target 6″ above Max two handed reach
