Push Press 115/75

Chest to Bar Pull Up

Bar over Burpee

Toes to Bar

*Push pull push pull! 

*Push press should be a weight you could get 10 reps unbroken while fresh. Pick a slightly more challenging pull up scale if you don’t have chest to Bar. Keep the bands to a minimum and finish each round up with ring rows if you pull ups become to much
