Back Squat

3-3-3-3-3
*Does not have to be 3RM. Make 3 heavy but nice form reps 
Conditiining:

For Time:

300 DU

* Perform 10 Jumping Squat every minute after the first min. Jumping squats start at 1:00 on the clock.

* Substitute DU’s for 500 singles 

* Go fast go hard.
