* Pick a weight you know you could do 10 unbroken when fresh, but will most likely need to break up after rowing. Keep good form with the hips staying down while pushing feet through floor at beginning of lift. Try to touch and go in sets to take advantage of the stretch shortening cycle.
Hammer out the burpees and work hard on the row!
