Conditioning:

4 Rounds for time:

200 Farmer Carry 24/16

30 Sit Up

200 m Front Rack Carry 24/16

20 Burpee

*This is a good ole fashion Farmer grunt wod. Just get in deep and keep grinding away at a consistent pace.

This will get hard on the core and grip so take short breaks when necessary.

200m is 5.5 laps around the gym.
