5 Rounds

15 Wall Ball 20/14

12 Hand Release Push Up

9 Power Clean 135/95

* Aim to keep a consistent pace with short breaks. Unbroken wall balls would be ideal.

Break the push ups into sets you can manage without failing. If you think you might fail the next rep stop and shake it out.

Hit the power cleans in singles but get back on the bar quickly.
