Make an explosive and full leg and hip drive followed by a fast arm and shoulder turn over the priority. Get those shoulders active and locked as fast as possible.

Burner. This should be fast. But keep in mind that grip will be a factor. So pick a weight that you can move through fairly fluently for a solid 10 reps when rested.
If you don’t have T2B scale it to high knees with a little kick to get the feet up and work on the fluidity of your kip. Get that hollow to open position timed to work in your favor. Push down on that bar!
