Hello athletes,

It’s just about that time of year again. Bailey’s and coffee, Eggnog and rum. Cookies, cake, short bread and second Helpings! Mmmmmm so tasty, I can’t wait! This does come at a cost though. Extra pounds that you worked so hard to get rid of, sneak their way back on. This makes getting back to the gym in the new year even harder.

Why don’t you make this easier on yourself  and a little guilt free by hitting the gym hard before all these indulgences. Try to make it an extra day per week. Dont’ let those excuses get the better of you. Remember how good you feel when you blast through a hard WOD!

Will a little incentive help? How about a challenge? It will be rewarded. For anyone that can attend 16 classes in the month of December, we will take 10% off your next month installment or 10 class pass. How many of you think you can do that?

Lets earn all that crappy but oh so good food and drink.  It will make getting back after the new year a lot easier people! See you at the box 🙂
