CrossFit is about supporting our Hero’s. Recently, CrossFit Athlete Inside has lost one of their own, Samantha Yeung. To show respect for Samantha and her family, CrossFit AI and supporting box’s have been performing a WOD in her honour.

In support of our friends in Calgary who have had the pleasure of training with Samantha, we would like to do the same.
