10/11/2014

Just to let everyone know, we will be open Tuesday, Nov 11, for regular hours.

This week will be Hero Week. We will be completing a different Hero WOD each day. For anyone who does not know what that means, we will be performing a benchmark WOD that is named after a fallen hero. CrossFit has many benchmarks that are named after soldiers that have died for their country.
