Burpee Broad Jumps ( 3 ft min jump )

*Partner 1 holds plank for 1 Min while partner 2 performs as many burpee broad jumps as possible. Then switch

**Burpees can only be done while partner is in plank.

***If in 3 person team, 2 persons will be in plank at a time. One person must be in plank for burpees to be done. Partners will rotate  through.

****Score = total burpees
