Hey guys! I’m in the process of ordering customized CrossFit Slave Lake Log books. Studies have shown that writing down goals and recording daily physical activities greatly increases ones motivation and gains. If you are interested, write you’re name down at the box.

 

Saturday 10 am classes are now available. Also…let me know how you feel about an Open Gym class on Saturdays. This is where you could come in and work on weaknesses , do a WOD that you may have missed or simply stretch and roll.
