Nice work on the straight grip MU Kohl!! Whips out a quick double just because 🙂

3 Hang Clean + 1 Split Jerk

*Work up to a heavy set

5 Sets:

3 Halting Clean Deadlift (1″ above knee)

*Work up 120-130% of 1 RM Clean

 

Metcon (for time)

3 Rounds

10 Push Jerk 135/95

15 T2B

400 m Ball run 20/14
