Todays classes will be held at Roland Michener Junior High foot ball field.

This WOD is for my homies from Calgary who had a huge part in my growing passion and love or this sport!

 

Strength/skill

Handstand walk

 

Metcon (For time)

“Vitamin-R”

For a total distance of 100 yards

-10 Front rack walking lunge 95/65

-5 Thruster 95/65

-Sprint to start line and complete 5 Burpee

-Sprint back to bar….Repeat till 100 yards is completed

– 100 yard sprint to Start line for finish
