In addition to our, Free Intro Class, we now also have our Fundamentals and regular CrossFit classes up on our calendar. We recommend that everyone come to a free Intro Class to get an idea of what CrossFit is about. This intro class is available to everyone and is 90 minutes in length. You will go over some basic movements of CrossFit, complete some skilled drills and finish with a WOD (workout of the day). You can now also register for Fundamentals. Every student is required to take three fundamental classes before they are able to attend a regular CrossFit class. These are also 90 minutes in length. You will learn more complex CrossFit movements and each class is finished with a WOD. Please note, that there are three different Fundamental classes. They must be taken in order. Be sure to check that you are signing up for the correct class in the correct order.

Once you have completed your Fundamental classes, you can then proceed to purchase a regular CrossFit membership. It is advised that you do not purchase your regular CrossFit class until you are sure that CrossFit is the right fit for you.

For anyone who already has at least 3 months experience in CrossFit, you may begin regular classes immediately. Our number of regular classes is limited, initially, as CrossFit is new to Slave Lake and the majority of students are beginners. Please contact us before signing up for a regular membership so that we can learn about your previous CrossFit experience.
