Opening Date, February 15th

It’s finally here. Our doors will open, Saturday the 15th.

For all of you who are eager to begin, you must first attend an intro class, it’s free and takes about 1.5 hours. There is a limit to 4 students per class. During this class time, you will learn some basic movements of CrossFit, the coach will gauge your fitness level and then you will complete your first CrossFit WOD (workout of the day). To sign up, click on the “Member login-in/calendar/schedule” tab in the menu to the left. You will then be brought to the Zenplanner class calendar. View the calendar by clicking on the “calendar” tab and you’re ready to select and sign up for an intro class time.

Please come prepared. We suggest you bring water, wear workout gear that you are comfortable in and a pair of indoor sneakers. Arrive a few minutes early as there will be some quick paper work to fill out. All equipment is provided.
